I am an experienced manager who is passionate about working together as equals. Having worked as a division and team leader in a large corporation and as a project manager in a medium-sized company, I know the challenges of my customers from my own experience and can develop practical solutions with them.

As an accomplished expert and coach for job sharing, I enthusiastically share my experience from seven years of leadership in co-leadership. Thanks to this close collaboration with my tandem partner, I am able to adapt very well to other people and take on their perspective. For me, the basis for excellent collaboration is formed by the values of openness, courage, respect, focus and commitment, which I bring to life as a certified Scrum Master for agile teams.

My inquisitive nature constantly drives me to strive for personal development and inspiration. As a competent sparring partner and consultant, I promote new ideas and implement them successfully. I can infect and inspire people with my positive energy and enthusiasm. I also appreciate the unique qualities of each individual and help them to get the best out of themselves. I am able to optimally harmonise resources and leverage efficiency potential. I find ways to promote cooperation and build bridges.
