I support companies as a coach, trainer and consultant in personnel and management development. As a divisional manager in a large German-based Group, I have successfully implemented agile transformation of a business unit, the introduction of shared leadership (technical and disciplinary management) and the development of digital learning, among other things. As a coach, I support managers and job-sharing tandems in large and medium-sized companies in junior and senior roles.
